Orrick Hölters & Elsing partner Dr. Heiko Höfler from Frankfurt was ap-pointed as a honorary professor at one of the world´s leading universities in the area of architecture and construction. The Bauhaus University, Weimar named Dr. Heiko Höfler as a honorary professor for public procurement law. He holds lectures on public procurement law and legal aspects of public private partnerships at this university since the year of 2002 and received his honorary appointment by the Rektor of Bauhaus University, Professor Dr. Gerd Zimmermann on 16. of February 2009.
